Hi, I’m Steven, and it’s great to meet you!
I’ve spent over 40 years figuring out how to make work simpler, smoother and far less stressful – mostly because I’ve lived through the chaos myself. I started back in 1979 as a telecommunications technician in the rail industry, driving from station to station fixing clocks, signal telephones and anything else that decided to break. I didn’t know it at the time, but planning my routes and organizing my workday was my first real taste of workflow optimization.
Over the years, I moved into office-based planning roles and quickly realized just how much time gets lost in delays, outdated systems and endless back-and-forth. Instead of accepting that as “just the way things are”, I became determined to make things better – not just for myself, but for everyone around me. That curiosity turned into a passion, and eventually into helping colleagues streamline their work, reduce stress and take back control of their day.
